CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation and non-arrival policy applies to direct bookings only. If you booked through an Online Travel Agent (OTA) please refer to their cancellation policy.

We ask that all cancellations are received in writing.

Reductions in the length of your stay following your arrival, or no-shows will still be required to pay the full amount owing.

(We recommend our guests obtain travel insurance to cover the unexpected.)

Partially refundable policy:
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation 30 days prior arrival.
Guests will be charged the total price if they cancel within 14 days before arrival.
