CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation and non-arrival policy applies to direct bookings only.
If you booked through an Online Travel Agent (such as Booking.com, Airbnb, or Expedia), please refer to their specific cancellation policy as conditions may differ.
All cancellations must be made in writing (email is fine).
We recommend guests obtain travel insurance to cover unexpected changes.
DIRECT BOOKINGS (via our website) –
– More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of any deposit paid.
– 30 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
– Within 14 days of arrival, reductions after arrival, or no-shows: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS –
– Full payment is required at the time of booking.
– Cancellations or changes at any time will incur a 100% charge.
THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS –
Booking.com: Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival; full charge after that or if booked on a non-refundable rate.
Airbnb: Firm policy – full refund up to 30 days before arrival; 50% refund up to 7 days before; no refund within 7 days.
Expedia: 50% charge if cancelled before the cutoff date; 100% if cancelled after the cutoff or for no-shows.
